What is the minimum contract duration?

Good news – you have a choice!

At Ostrom, we offer both flexible contracts without a minimum duration as well as contracts with 12- or 24-month terms.

🔄 Flexible contracts (no minimum duration)

• No minimum contract duration
• Can be canceled at any time
• Full flexibility

This option is ideal if you don’t want to commit long-term.

📆 Contracts with a fixed term

• Available with 12 or 24 months duration
• Often come with more stable or lower prices

Please note:

• Cancellation is only possible at the end of the contract term

If you’d like to cancel your contract, you can easily do so via the Ostrom App:

⏳ Notice period

• Flexible contracts: 14 days notice period
• Fixed-term contracts: Cancellation at the end of the contract term (afterwards, typically also 14 days notice depending on renewal conditions)
