Can I receive documents via post?

We do not use unnecessary paper and therefore do not send anything by post!

As a digital electricity provider, we communicate only by e-mail or chat! This is also stated in our General Terms and Conditions (T&C) under point 1.9: "How does communication with Ostrom work?"
